The public workers job, is boring as hell isn't it. I think that every so often, the people in the public workers have a little marker on their map and it should signal a situation, for example a broken traffic light and they have to get there and maybe stay in a marker or do a command close to the broken traffic light and maybe the /bomb animation is done and after say.. 15-30 seconds the traffic lights will be fixed and they earn like $500 - 1K
